Master Builders SA’s training team is committed to making your training experience both informative and enjoyable. As the peak body for the building and construction industry, we are well placed to ensure that the training we provide is industry leading and outcomes delivered are superior.

Replacement Certificate or Card
If you require a replacement certificate or card, please access the form below or alternatively call our Training Team on 08 8211 7466.
Please note it takes a minimum of 5 working days to process your request (longer if archives need to be accessed in order to retrieve your information).
Copy of Student Records
All registered training organisations (RTOs) that close are required to provide ASQA with a record of all qualifications and statements of attainment issued to students.
Now that Master Builders SA’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) has closed we can no longer issue you with a copy of your Statement of Attainment, Qualification Parchment or Transcript.
If you require a copy, or you have lost your original copy, ASQA may be able to provide confirmation of the studies you completed.
