The Australian Government has introduced the Unique Student Identifier (USI); a new way for students who are undertaking Nationally recognised training to find and collate their Vocational Education and Training (VET) achievements in one place.
The Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a reference number that is made up of numbers and letters and is unique for each individual student. All training completed from 1 January 2015 will be electronically recorded against a student’s USI.
It costs nothing to obtain a USI and it stays with the student for life. It provides students with easy access to all their personal training records from all providers and is accessible online.
If you require a replacement certificate or card, please access the form here.
Please note it takes a minimum of 5 working days to process your request (longer if archives need to be accessed in order to retrieve your information).
All registered training organisations (RTOs) that close are required to provide ASQA with a record of all qualifications and statements of attainment issued to students.
Now that Master Builders SA’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) has closed we can no longer issue you with a copy of your Statement of Attainment, Qualification Parchment or Transcript.
If you require a copy, or you have lost your original copy, ASQA may be able to provide confirmation of the studies you completed.
Please use the following link to apply to ASQA for a copy of your nationally accredited training records:
For any other training records, please see the section “Application for Access to Records” on this page, or contact Master Builders SA’s education department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 8211 7466.
