Will Frogley has worked in print and broadcast media and most recently was employed as Manager to the Hon Rob Lucas MLC, Shadow Treasurer and Minister for Industrial Relations.
Will played an important role working with industry to secure important amendments to Work Health and Safety laws, including ensuring that persons are only liable for the management of risks to the extent to which they have the capacity to influence and control the matter and the insertion of a right against self-incrimination.
Will has a Master of Business Administration (Finance).
Louise has a wealth of experience in the government and non-government sectors, including more than 20 years at the Legal Services Commission. Louise has an excellent insight into workplace environments, and will usually be your first port of call when contacting the Industrial Relations team.
Mel has been in the Return to Work industry for over five years. She commenced her career as the Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator for self-insured labour hire company, SKILLED Group - responsible for early intervention and claims management for workplace injury claims.
Mel then became a Senior Case Manager at Gallagher Bassett, agent for Return to Work SA, where she managed a large number of claims and was responsible for the development of policies, procedures and proposed suggestions for best business practice in relation to the introduction of the new legislation in 2015.
When that project came to completion, she continued at Gallagher Bassett as an Eligibility Officer, responsible for investigating and determining liability of claims. She has a Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management as well as being a registered Return to Work Coordinator with Return to Work SA.
Mel commenced with Master Builders as a Return to Work and Injury Management Consultant where she is the appointed Return to Work Coordinator for a number of Master Builders SA members and attends case conferences with doctors, treating providers and case managers on their behalf to ensure their employee returns to work as soon as possible and to reduce premium costs.
